Jewel in the city

Lovely, clean, modern hotel in a good location to access attractions and transport links. Reception staff were very welcoming, especially Robert, who was a great help to us when our key card for the room wouldn't work. He tried very hard, but in the end had to give us another room, which was a beautiful room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking a park with spectacular views over the city and the mountains. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, so can't comment on the food but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from nearby and in the centre, which is about 25 - 20 mins walk ftom the hotel.

Amazing stay & location

Super clean lobby, friendly front desk staff.
The room was spacious and clean, and the area was so safe, close to food and a nice park for my daughter. They left us a note & treat as we were celebrating our tenth anniversary. Breakfast was great! Lots of options, hot and cold.
Pillows were flat, but I requested extras and slept much better!
Would love to stay at UpHotel again!

Great base for a busy trip to Budapest

From the moment we arrived at this hotel the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. We only booked a standard room but it was very clean, lovely powerful shower and very comfy beds. In a quiet location so we had the best sleep!!
