Stay was great. Decent location, very close to tram stop (4 & 6) & close to bustling nightlife. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelettes which were made fresh outside on the patio (by the loveliest man!). Nice touch of football shaped chocolates on front desk (as stayed for Champions League Final). Would definitely stay again!

Good
Good stay but not the best of the staff. We asked for clean towells twice but never recive them. Room was clean and the place is nice but you need to invest more in staff trainimg

I expected more from a 4-star hotel
They put us in a room adapted for people with disabilities, nothing to object to, but the bathroom smelled very bad and the sink was clogged. The shower curtains were very damaged and look very bad. Cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling....otherwise just to say it was okay. The hotel's location, although far from the center, is well connected and the area is quiet.

Didn’t like the hotel
We came here for a small getaway, but unfortunately found several issues:
1. Cleanliness of the room – The regular chair was dirty, with stickers left behind from someone’s socks. This made me feel the room hadn’t been properly cleaned.
2. Refrigerator check – I opened the fridge and found a bag of fruits that didn’t belong to us. Clearly, housekeeping hadn’t checked it.
3. Bathroom condition – The bathroom was okay overall, but there was mold on the shower curtain.
I called reception, but instead of moving us to another room, they only said “sorry.” That didn’t feel like a real solution. Because of this, I went to a pharmacy to buy Clorox wipes myself, since I no longer trusted the cleaning staff and wanted to sanitize the seat before using it.

Well located hotel with nice rooms. Just a bit on the expensive side (overly so) seeing as I visited the weekend of the Champions League final. Left a bitter taste to have to pay as much. Couldn’t fault it in other aspects though.
