Location on top!

We were very well received. The receptionist advised us very well what to do in Budapest. The room was clean and quite correct. Location at the top, close to everything! Little more: we were able to drop off our luggage before having the keys to our room, very convenient to enjoy in the meantime!

Never again at this property

I stayed with my family from July 13 to July 16. In the reservation it was written that we were supposed to have 2 double hotel rooms with breakfast included. At the time of online check-in, we were assigned a single room. So far so good, in fact it was a better solution for us. Upon arrival, the room assigned to us was a very comfortable and nice little apartment. The problem is that breakfast arrived in our room and we could not go to the breakfast room because at the reception they told us that those staying in the apartments could only have breakfast in the room (the breakfast was meager for 4 people). The most striking thing, however, is that daily cleaning service was not guaranteed in the apartments (only at the end of the stay). I insisted at the reception, emphasizing the fact that we had booked hotel service and not residence, but they deflected the issue by saying that they would have to ask their boss. Moral of the story: we asked for a broom and dustpan to sweep the room and a cloth to clean. Professionalism equal to 0. Failed!

Fantastic experience in a fantastic city

Nice hotel 10 minutes from Parlanento. Excellent cleaning, persinal friendly and helpful. We had a great time with my children. Very nice breakfast room. Family atmosphere. Great choice

Poor hotel

I can in no way recommend this RBNB.
We arrived late, and had to find the closet where our key was in an envelope.
When we finally found our room up of a very steep staircase, where one should not be more than 1.5 meters tall, not to hit the head on a beam, which was marked with black and yellow strip.
When we find our room, the temperature was around 26-28 degrees and the air conditioning ran. It blown hot air out into the room, so we had to turn it off and open the window to get some cooling in the room.
I contacted the staff the next morning to get this resolved, and just got the message that I could open the window if we wanted to cool down the room.
The floor in the bathroom was rotten and covered with a standing rubber mat, but you could feel the floor give in when you step out on it.
The breakfast was dissidently miserable! There was a dish with orders that had most likely been on the table since 7:00 p.m. I asked for eggs, which were to be made in a small kitchen next to the dining room. They floated in oil the eggs I received.
We decided to move to another hotel...

All the magic of Budapest

Great experience: 10 minutes walk from Parliament, nice and comfortable room with original decor, spacious and clean bathroom, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast not buffet but still more than enough. Recommended!
