It was my daughter’s birthday during our stay, and I didn’t inform the staff, but staff Cici is very kind and she has noticed this and arranged a surprise birthday cake for my daughter. It’s so sweet!
For hotel, it’s right next to the beach, very convenient location. Room is neat, we live in ocean view room, the view is supreme.
Room not big, but clean and neat. Facility is modern and convenient.

Staff in all dept's were great....The ocean front suite that i had for the 5 nights was a nice room except that the 2 identical balconies were mini....maybe at most 4 ft wide by 7 ft and a 5ft high glass wall across the balconies...Meaning when your sitting on the balcony your looking through glass.....no direct breeze and etc.....Go to the pool deck on 5th floor, taller glass walls on the ocean side as same on the roof top bar which opens at 15:00 every day.......Why i would NEVER stay here again is that there is NO place to lay out and get sun all day ( passes over my balcony by 9:00 every morning )...This hotel would have been great in town...Not on the ocean front as it NEVER felt all that relaxing to me......Stayed at 2 other hotels in Da Nang for 5 nites each, all 5 star rated as this was...This is the one i would not come back to...

Excellent Hotel with great staff always so helpful a fantastic breakfast a great little gym for working out very well mannered exceptionally clean

Booked a last minute holiday to Da Nang with my husband and took some time browsing the hotels. I knew I wanted something luxurious for a great price and I also really wanted a suite for comfort and space.
I stumbled across the Raddison Red and immediately was intrigued by the aesthetic of the hotel and they had a suite available. To me, price was reasonable and still very cheap for the level of service and quality of the hotel.
I surprised my husband with this hotel upon arrival and he was in love. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself was well maintained including common areas such as the pool and gym, buffet breakfast every morning was amazing - great selection, beach view was serene and our room was cleaned twice a day with toiletries and towels all replenished! The location was also not bad for us as shops and markets were all within a 10 min drive.
My only feedback would be that the aircon was not very strong even though we would put it on the lowest temp and strongest fan - we were there in the middle of a heat wave so I can imagine the entire building aircon working overtime. We just left the aircon on for the entirety of our stay and it sufficed to cool us down enough. The mini bar fridge was also not cold enough and the food and drinks we tried to store was not kept cold/went back quickly.
Other than that, these were minor inconveniences but thank you Raddison Red for your exceptional service and hospitality over the 5 nights.

Excellent staff, food, room and the property. It's incredible how the staff recognise me from a year ago.
