Disrespectful owner

I stayed at this hostel with my friend for 7 days. She traveled to Samarkand, but I chose not to go with her and decided to stay back at the hostel. On our last day, we both had an early morning flight back to our home country, and we had planned to go to the airport together.
I had already paid for a 7-night stay. Last evening, my friend returned to the hostel at 6:00 PM. We decided that we would leave the hostel together at 11:30 PM.
Before leaving, we asked the hostel manager, “Can she stay for a few hours here since our flight is at early morning?” He replied, “Yes, you can stay. I can't offer you a bed on the mezzanine floor if you want to sleep.” We told him, “We don’t need a bed. We will only be here for 3 to 4 hours and then leave.” He said, “No worries, you can sit on the sofa near the reception and wait.” He did not ask us for any payment for sitting there, even though we had already paid for the entire stay through our card. We even spoke in front of him and asked, “Do we need to pay anything just for sitting on the sofa?” He assured us it was fine and allowed us to wait.
After some time, the manager left the hostel. At around 10:00 PM, a man I had never seen during my entire 7-night stay walked in. I don’t know who he was. He was extremely rude, ill-mannered, and disrespectful.
He approached my friend and said, “Hey miss, come here. You two were talking and you didn’t pay for sitting here. I heard your conversation on the camera. I am the boss and this is my place. You need to pay to sit here.” Like he is not a boss but he pretends to be God. My first impression which came to my mind is how disgusting and unethical that if I or someone is talking about something and the hostel management is hearing the conversation of the people.
We explained that the manager, Dilshad, had allowed us to sit and had not asked for a single penny, even though we had already paid for our stay. But he insisted that we pay for “one night” — around $15 — just for sitting on the sofa for a few hours. And we paid. Either he asked his manager who was allowed to sit on the sofa, and why he did not ask for the money, but he started misbehaving with us.
The hostel itself was fine but the way we were treated in the last few hours ruined the experience. I believe that a person needs to learn basic ethics, behavior, and manners for dealing with guests. The way he spoke to us was completely unacceptable, especially to someone who had already been a paying guest for a week. I would suggest that he learn how to speak to people with respect. Hospitality is about welcoming guests, not intimidating them over a sofa. I think he never goes to school, I would suggest him to go to the school again and take the classes of ethics, I believe that It will impact his personality positively.
