Charming Hotel

We stayed 4 nights in this charming hotel full of human size a very nice interior courtyard decoration as well as the reception the staff is extremely kind.
For my part the bedding was a bit hard but each one his preferences.
There is an accessible kitchen that guests can use.
Hotel is very clean.
The hotel location is perfect 8 min walk from the registan square, the siab market, 13 min from gur Emir and not far by taxi from other historical sites.
Several very nice and good restaurant nearby (less than 6min walk)
I recommend this hotel

Spoiled vacation

Booked a room a month before departure, commented on the booking indicated late check-in. We received confirmation of the reservation and that the room is ready for check-in. They arrived on 08.01.2026 at 00:30, checked in at 01:30. More precisely, they were not settling in, but trying to settle in. There was no lighting outside the hotel, knocking on the door, ringing - nobody. The phone number was called - the caller is disconnected. As a result, half the night wandered on foot looking for a place to stay. The rest is ruined. First impression of the country, too.
P. s. The next day they checked: the hotel was not open morning or afternoon. That's a warning. Stay vigilant.

Staff need to get more information about the city and all events are going around, they like to help you out, they don’t have enough information.

The hotel staff were very helpful, including arranging a taxi for me. It was a very good stay.
