Best hotel ever!

Reading the reviews here was initially uncomfortable, and were already upset that they had booked, but when we arrived at 4 a.m. at the hotel, we were met by a smiley receptionist and all doubts were cleared by hand! I don't know who's writing bad reviews, but the hotel was happy!
Thanks for the posh hotel, the cool staff, the delicious breakfasts!
was clean, in-room bathrobes, tea and coffee couple, hygiene products.
Breakfast is delicious and varied!
Even had pancakes!!!!
In the rain, you could take an umbrella for free, very convenient location.
5 points for a great hotel!

Disgusting, noisy, poor service

Noisy.
Bring earplugs or ensure you get road side room, as pool area becomes discotheque until 4 am.
Disgusting Pool area.
not clean, not safe (broken floor tiles), large groups of young adults pay small fee to spend day (make women feel uncomfortable), dressing rooms smell of pee.
Won’t add expense to the room,
Any food even a 1 dollar bottle of water is payable immediately.
Early morning 6 staff sleeping in lobby sofas or pool area, no one to buy water from.
Don’t keep up the room.
Unless you complain repeatedly room not cleaned during your stay, they bring water and towel to pretend work was done.
Breakfast.
Buffet area much too small for number of guests.
Restaurant/Bar.
Coffee low quality.
Restaurant smells bad, no staff present at 7 pm.
Gym.
smells bad, has basic gear. aircon not powerful enough.

Nice outdoor pool area!

Most of all I enjoyed outdoor pool area. Went to swim in the mornings and evenings, and one day spent there few hours. Breakfast was rich of options, but rather heavy. My 4/5 come to great extent due to the outdoor pool, which made a stay so pleasant in June. Air conditioner was working well in room.

It is not a four-star establishment.

Upon arriving in the room, the air conditioning was off and it was 30º, full of flies and ants in the shower of the bathroom. Out of four towels, only one was without stains, as were the sheets of one bed. Not to mention the toilet was not cleaned well. When requesting a room change, we received another one with more ants than the previous one. We did not investigate further and a third room was requested. There were no ants or other pests, although the cleaning was superficial. The pool is large but full of insects and also not very clean. To get to the eighth floor with the elevator, we went from the sixth to the third to the lobby; besides the fact that they do not seem very safe.

A TRUE 4 STAR.

Superb hotel with large, very comfortable rooms, two magnificent pools, one of which is indoors, and a very generous, varied, and delicious breakfast.
