Everything was top-notch.

Great hotel! Everything was great: clean and cozy rooms, delicious food and good breakfasts. The staff are polite and considerate. Comfortable location - all nearby. Only positive impressions left, we'd love to come back again!

Beware the Japanese

It is a family-run hotel. There were some unclear points in the accounting.
At the laundry service, when I put out about four kilograms of laundry (we weighed it on a portable scale), a female staff member told me it was 11 kilograms and charged me 440,000 sums. It was more than double the price of the last hotel I stayed in. I didn't even smell detergent. I later checked the reviews of other people, but it is likely to be flushed. Before the charge, the elderly woman, the mother of a female staff member, suddenly told me that the Japanese looked wonderful and young. I didn't check the amount of money I gave him, and he didn't return my change.
They also charged me about 30% more for the room than I had when I booked it. I checked later and found that unlike other hotels, there were no detailed tax statements.
It is very lacking in integrity.
Japanese people are especially careful. Please refer to the reviews of other people.

Nice stay close to the heart

I stayed in a dorm room for a couple of nights in September during my Central Silk Road, KKH and Afghanistan trip. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy, the breakfast rich and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price and the location (close to Liabi Hovuz - heart of the city) was top-notch. The hotel is nicely and traditionally decorated. Spaces are simple, sometimes old and basic, but for this price it's the best bet. The hotel even had a table to sit convenient and write my diary. If I'm back to Bukhara, I'll come to this hotel.

Warm beautiful place

Rumi hostel is a very nice place. We were warmly welcomed by the mother of the house. The room is nice and clean, the amenities are good and the breakfast fantastic.
Two corners turn and you are in the center of the old town, on the square with the pond. Highly recommended
