Excellent price/quality ratio, excellent hotel!
At the end of June, they stayed several nights at the hotel. Were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort, cleanliness and service. The staff are friendly and always available to help. The hotel is small (17 rooms in total), cozy, family format perfectly located. The stylish design interior, and the elements in the decor (diamonds and polygons) constantly remind of its name. Despite being close enough to the main tourist attractions, the hotel is quiet. Lubart Castle and the old town are within a 5-minute walk. The modern city centre (the Theatre Square) is a mile and a half away. There are good transport links to the centre: there are several trolley, bus and shuttle routes close to the hotel. However, this does not create a commotion outside the hotel. The hotel has free parking.
The rooms are large, spacious, very well-equipped, every detail is thought out, modern plumbing and new furniture. There's a kettle, tea, cups, glasses, a fridge with a minibar. There's air conditioning. Good soundproofing. Water coolers are in the hallway. Balconies are available only in rooms on the second floor (rooms 5-17). One side of the hotel and rooms faces the south, the other the north. A few rooms to the east. According to hotel staff, in the face of constant power cuts, the hotel is equipped with a generator and uninterrupted internet, which is important. Every room has a boiler, the wifi was constant and at good speed. In 2 days of stay, the lack of electricity in the hotel has not been encountered once, but Lutsk does not seem to suffer at all from power cuts.
Food: good quality breakfasts, it is possible to order food in the evening (restaurant opens until 9 pm, food is cooked to order, so it is better to order in advance.) The format of breakfast is as follows: a hot breakfast dish (mostly several types of omelets and eggs) and dessert (sweet pancakes and cheeses) must be ordered from the evening and for a specific time - but you do not have to wait for the preparation. Stylish dishes and serving. In addition to all this, there is a limited buffet (included in the price of breakfast): tea coffee, lemonade, milk, kefir, bread, butter, cheese, vegetable slice, muesli. There's a small patio outside where it would be nice to have breakfast, but it's on the sunny side in the morning and there are umbrellas, but for some reason they were never opened in front of us, so they had breakfast indoors.
A minute from the hotel there is an exit to the small but very picturesque river Styr, you can swim there if you wish, but the entrance to the river is not very comfortable (clay bottom, altitude changes), a piece of "beach" is not equipped at all, although it would be a great advantage, there are no benches either.
Between the river and the hotel there are several large gazebos for company feasts. Looks like we could do a barbecue there, but we didn't rent a gazebo, so I don't know the details.
Out of wishes it would be good to expand the range of the buffet - add meat/sausage slice, jams, seasonal fruit. It would also be nice to have an outlet near the table in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms
The location is great; close to the castle and all other interesting places in Lutsk and yet it's a very quiet place. They have a variety of rooms, so everybody can choose a room that suits them. Me, I took a suite with a big terrace and I really liked it. I enjoyed my breakfast on my terrace.
The river beach is not big but when I was there, I usually had the place to myself. It's nice that you can go into the river to cool down in summer. It's a pity that some people leave their garbage behind. Everybody in the hotel was helpful and really friendly. I was helped at the reception in good English.
When I'm back in Lutsk, I'll book this hotel again.

Отлично, с маленькими замечаниями
Новый, хороший отель недалеко от центра. Плюсы:
- чисто, очень чисто, в номере есть все, халаты, чайник, бокалы, чай, в холодильнике снеки, в ванной зубные щетки и паста. За это большой плюс.
- ОЧЕНЬ приветливый, дружелюбный персонал. Спасибо за незамедлительное реагирование на просьбы.
- есть завтрак, вкусно. Первый отель в моей жизни ( а их у меня было много) где в столовой БОЛЬШИЕ чашки! Это настолько классно лично для меня, что большой респект тому, кто за это отвечает.
- есть парковка, тихое, спокойное место.
- тепло, спокойно, уютно.
Вообще отель классный, но конечно же человеческий фактор присутствует. Просто хотелось бы, чтобы менеджмент и персонал взяли на заметку, чтобы можно было написать идеально:
1. В ванной желательно шторку, любую, хоть самую дешевую.
2. Простынь на нашей кровати была не застелена, и первый вид расстилая кровать - наматрасник с желтыми пятнами и кровь. Хотя матрас новый и чистый. Спасибо девочке на ресепшене очень быстро решила вопрос. Понятно, что это горничная промахнулась, значит нужно чтобы кто-то после них проверял их работу свежим взглядом.
3. Есть кулер, но воды нет. Понимаю, что девочкам тяжело поставить тяжелую бочку на высоту, может кто-то из мужчин мог бы это проверять.
4. Телевизор работает только с фильмами, каналов нет.
Вернулись бы? Да, однозначно.

Новый аккуратный отель в Луцке.
Находится в спокойном месте, метрах в 400-500 от замка Любарта.
У нас был большой двухместный номер на первом этаже, как раз напротив рецепции.
В номере есть диван, журнальный столик, пуфы, удобная кровать с хорошим постельным бельём.
Халаты, одноразовые тапки, сейф, мини-бар, фен, набор для чаепития, бокалы, стаканы, зубные щётки и паста - в наличии.
Довольно необычное решение - душ в комнате за стеклянной перегородкой. Не скажу, что сильно удобно, но, может, это такая изюминка.
Завтраки входят в стоимость, накрывают по предварительному заказу (с вечера нужно выбрать 2 блюда) - сытно, вкусно и по-домашнему. Вполне приличный кофе. Можно заказать завтрак в номер.
Персонал очень вежливый и милый.

Хороший отель
Останавливался на одну ночь, никаких замечаний. Всё новое, чистое. Комната большая, тёплая.
В номере были тапки и халат.
Есть чайник. В цену включён нормальный завтрак.
Интернет тянет, горячая вода есть. На территории своя стоянка.
