I stayed at this hotel many times. I would to love to say this is an awesome hotel ! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet and affordable. Rooms are clean and cosy. I gave 5 stars !! The best hotel in Zhitomir !! Highly recommend !!!

Once and never again!

The location of the hotel is very good, everything easily accessible. The reception was very good also one was very concerned as the safe in the room was broken and we always had to take valuables with us. We were offered to use the safe of another room, which we then thankfully declined. Breakfast is adequate but always the same. A plate with 2 small slices of sausage and cheese, which are repeated day after day also in terms of the variety. Every day you can choose between 3 additional dishes with 2 slices of toast. If you're unlucky, you can't have breakfast. Then travellers alone have taken advantage of a large table and there is only the choice at individual tables separately for breakfast. The staff don't seem to care. Due to the good location you can also have breakfast in other shops. The rooms are super clean, even if everything is carpeted. Not for allergy sufferers. The bathroom is great, probably only renovated. Big drawback, the parking situation. There are marked parking spaces for guests, which are also used by people who are not guests. You can supposedly use a parking lot if you put up a pile. We tried with negative results. First we were told that the people were stealing the pilons and just standing by car. After that, we were told again that young people threw away the pilons. Those who lie to guests for convenience need not be surprised. For this hotel it was the first and last time.

Pleasant stay

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night, while visiting friends. It is not located in the center, but taxi's are affordable and it's about 7 min drive. The hotel was quite nice, with a very friendly receptionist. Breakfast was OK. It's not a buffet, you have to choose a breakfast option from 5-6 available the night before. We found it to be tasty.

Очень приятное обслуживание, приятная администратор. Завтрак, небольшой но вкусный. Был какой-то неприятный запах из вентиляции, но из-за чего неизвестно. Есть парковка и даже внутренняя с видеонаблюдением. Очень чисто! Есть возможность оплатить номер без расчета на месте .
Отель предоставляет детскую кроватку и стул для кормления. Рядом магазин продуктов круглосуточно.

Прекрасный отель

Рекомендую этот отель. Очень чисто. Без посторонних запахов, в номерах тепло. Останавливались с ребенком. Было удобно спать на кровати даже втроем. Все понравилось, банные принадлежности предоставлялись. Немного шумновато.доносились звуки из соседнего номера.
Завтрак входит в стоимость. На выбор сырники или омлет плюс чай, кофе , сок и вода. Йогурты и тосты с маслом ветчиной из сыром, овощи.
