NICE BIG ROOM, Huge bed, hard but strangely comfortable. It was for my birthday and they surprised me with an entire birthday cake with candles to blow out and a cake cutter. I thought that was over and beyond anything I'd expected. Close and far to everything if thst makes sense. Depends on what you want to do. Definitely booked this spot. I was disappointed in the breakfast but their pad thai was perfect. They switch up the menu daily so its different, that can be a good or bad thing. BOOKED THEM and get the SEA VIEW!

Most recommended melon

Great hotel
Cozy, clean, sea view, large and equipped gym, beautiful pool with a view and bar, and a dining room with the most diverse and tastiest breakfast among the hotels we visited in Thailand.
7/11 store near the hotel.
Excellent location - detached from the hotel chain on the beach with shuttles to the center (approx. 10 minutes drive) and cheap taxis, including service for organizing tours and attractions at the hotel.
Kind service - Patty who is in charge of organizing the tours, the waiters at breakfast, the waiter who brings you the omelet you asked for to the table, the team that prepares your shake and coffee at breakfast, the people at the reception - everyone is 10.

Bad experienced at here

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this hotel.
During my stay, I kept a pair of my New Balance shoes in my room. As we were staying at a beach destination, we mostly wore slippers and did not use the shoes during the trip. However, when I checked out, I discovered that my shoes were missing from the room.
Normally, housekeeping staff would not throw away guests’ personal belongings, especially a pair of shoes, which is a noticeable item and clearly not rubbish.
I immediately informed the hotel and was told that they would review the CCTV footage. The receptionist staff were rude . it has been more than a month, and despite several follow-ups, I have still not received any update.
Waiting for over a month without any explanation or progress is unacceptable. The lack of communication and follow-up is extremely disappointing.
I am sharing this experience so that other guests can be more cautious with their personal belongings while staying here.
