Accommodation basic but good value for money. Staff courteous and pleasant. Spectacular views from the balcony of the bay and local monkeys. You feel like a native of Thailand staying here!

OLD AND MISLEADING PHOTOS, NOT WORTH WHAT YOU PAY

Misleading photos, they are old, if they took current photos you would not get the surprise that we got. The arrival already alerted us the small river smelly and dirty

The climb to the room is horrifying, photo access to the bungalow.
The room, in old-fashioned and old-fashioned, slim in the pictures there is T.V. There is actually no question and we were told that there was no more, a clothes rack a dressing desk without chair without light, it must be said that the room is very poorly lit, the plugs next to the bed, one and it did not work lol to cry.
The bathroom, I weigh the dirty shower with a very scarce hose, no shower gel or shampoo.
The pool, very nice in the photos inaccessible green water from the second day, the day we arrived we already saw a strange color but the next day it was intense green photos pool day 2 ,day 3 we added the first day and decided that better not for our health.
That's a nice view, but that's not the hotel's island that's wonderful.

Room was quite dirty and sheets had stains on them, the bathroom was rank and the shower just sprayed water in every direction. Pool was great though just very strong chlorine. My safe in my rooms battery kept dying/ not working and had to go get staff everytime I needed something from the safe. Next day I asked to check out because of how dirty it was and the front desk woman got quite upset at me for using the pool in the day before I checked out WITHOUT refund. Insulted me and called me “low-class” even though I was being quite respectful and told her I understood I wouldn’t get my money back I just wanted to be somewhere clean. Overall the only nice thing about this place was the pool but staff were rude.

the staff was not available. The room was dirty the matress was dirty. there was mold in the room and insects everwhere

I paid for a sea view room and got a room with no sea view whatsoever. The property sits at the end of a beach, next to a small stream with waste water flowing into the ocean. The smell is repugnant. The rooms are simple, and comfortable enough. My rooms bathroom had no hot water. There are much nicer accommodations to be had on Phi Phi. I would avoid this spot.
