We highly recommend Cardy Apartments! 5/5

This was my first time at Cardy Apartments, however my mother is a reoccurring guest. I do now know why my mother is a reoccurring guest! Miss Carla and Sir Dyon were excellent hosts and very helpful. The rooms were super clean and spacious. The AC is ice-cold and the location is near down town. The accomodation is excellent and we really felt at home while being broad. We highly recommend Cardy Apartments!

To feel at home in Paramaribo you need to be with Cardy.

The welcome at Cardy (Carla and Dyon) was most cordial. The apartment we had rented on the first floor with a large terrace was great. We enjoyed the air conditioning and fan because it was very hot during our stay. Carla and Dyon were very interested in us and whether we had a good time and have given many valuable tips about shopping markets and sandwich shops nearby. Together they fill Welcoming, each in their own way, in a special way. After a multi-day trip to the jungle, coming back to Cardy really felt like coming home.

Warm welcome

Carla and Dyon immediately gave us a sense of home with their warm welcome. The apartment is cozy, clean and centrally located. Ideal if you have to go into town.
We once again enjoyed the tour over the Suriname river and visiting the plantations and the history lessons of Dyon. Features delicious snacks from Carla. The passion and respect they have for nature and for Suriname is inspiring.
We will be back soon! ✈️

Recommended! Spacious and clean apartment, walking distance to the center.. Also bike rental and tours available.

A spacious, well-kept and clean apartment with very friendly and helpful owners. The apartment has air conditioning, a hot shower, hob and fridge freezer. And a covered outdoor terrace. Location within walking distance of the center and several restaurants.. In short, highly recommended. I was there with a family member who had been in the apartment before. I can see why he keeps coming back here!
There is also the possibility to rent bicycles and to book (a) tour (s) with the owner, for example to the Brokopondo reservoir or through and around Paramaribo. Owner Dion knows how to tell a lot of the history and nature of Suriname; interesting and absolutely not boring, because he regularly tells with humor. The tours are well provided with drinks, snacks and dinner. Great!
