Nice and clean hotel, very quite. A nice gym and a nice bubblebath outside! Rooms where a little old but clean

Nice mansion

LOCATION: In a private park just outside the center of Vargön. 600 meters walk to Ica Supermarket Âlgen and a pizzeria or two, and a banknote. The building, some rooms and premises and parts of the interior have a nice mansion style.
ROM: We had a standard room in the main building within the concept mansion night. Good beds. Two good chairs with a small table. Otherwise normally decorated, so to speak. There was no reason to complain about the cleaning.
SERVICE: We called and asked about a special location in the room, and that they arranged for us. Very good. Room was slightly delayed for check-in at noon. 15, but only about 5-6 minutes.
FOOD: Treretters dinner (fixed menu due to a wedding simultaneously in a separate room). Very good skagenröra, good calf fillet, and good marengs for dessert (I usually don't like marengs, but this one was actually good). The main dish itself was characterized by very many beets, for many - some bits could have been advantageously replaced with other vegetables. However, the meat was perfectly fried. Breakfast: Good selection.
MARK: The place is used for events such as weddings and other things. This may involve playing audible music in the evening at the bar right at the reception. This will, after all, be disturbing for some rooms in the main building, but rooms in smaller buildings in the park will probably be slightly disturbed that.

Don’t be fooled by their photos

A real disappointment. Paid well for superior room and got a totally miserable toroms in a decaying building.The photos on the website showed something completely different from what we got. Worn furniture, total lack of charm, sad stuff. Don’t be fooled by the delicate photos on their website. Cancelled dinner there since we didn't want them to earn even more on us. Have traveled a lot, this was bad.

Great place for wedding party

We celebrated weddings here. Great place to gather a large number of guests for party and wedding from Friday to Sunday. Great surroundings and premises, lovely food and nice service

Are you a second-rate person when you have a dog with you?

The hotel looks beautiful. Too bad that when you travel with a dog you are housed in an old and dilapidated building. But at the full rate of the beautiful hotel of course. There was a small fridge, which made so much noise that it looked like an aggregate was running. A paint job was at least twenty years ago and the headboard of the bed stuck. The carpeting was dirty and you could barely see through the windows. The only chair sagged enormously and you could hardly get out of it. What a rundown mess. Upon check-in I was told that I could have breakfast with the dog in the lounge, in the restaurant this was not allowed.In the morning I was told that the dog was not welcome in the whole hotel. The site states that dogs are allowed and additional fees were also charged. After some insistence I was allowed to have breakfast in the lounge. Strange if this isn't allowed. What a crappy experience.
