I don't know why this place gets good reviews on Booking.com
The bed was really small for 2 people and the matresss was as thick as a yoga mat, so really uncomfortable. I have stayed in cheaper b&bs in the UK and got a better room & breakfast.
The place itself is nowhere near anything, (there is nothing in Nileveli and as for the beach it was really dirty.
To be fare to the young man in charge, we booked about 5pm & arrived at 6. He obviously had a party with his friends planned, which continued into the night, singing & bongo drums. Dogs howling throughout the night, we left at 8am the next day.
My advice would just to miss out Nilaveli altogether, there's nothing there worth going for.
