A great place to relax and enjoy

Had a wonderful stay at Hangtime Hostel in Weligama! It felt like such a safe, welcoming, and comfortable place, especially for girls travelling on their own. The ocean views were beautiful, and the friendly atmosphere made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The common areas were lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the café served delicious food and drinks. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind, meet people, and enjoy everything Weligama has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here!

First a hungry person to visit this rooftop restaurant, very underrated but real worth for money. Except Amex, others are accep

We went for a brunch at their rooftop restaurant on the 3rd floor by climbing the narrow steps to reach there, it was worth taking all these steps, it's ideally for the young lads and girls to hang around this place. We ordered bacon loaded fries,lasagne panini, chicken parmigiana and ginger beers plus coke drinks.
Loaded fries are very tasty , panini was a small portion and told by the staff, parmigiana was superb.
Location is so great to view the entire Weligama Bay from this rooftop restaurant

bed bugs in the dorm

couldn’t sleep due to itching and when i turned on my iphone light i saw 4 fully grown bed bugs on the wall. when you spot 4 directly it means there must be many. i took a photo of one of them and clearly a grown bed bug

Relaxing Vibes and Tasty Bites

I visited Hangtime Café on my own and really enjoyed the experience. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The staff were welcoming and kind, which made me feel comfortable even as a solo visitor. The food was tasty, especially for breakfast. It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy some good vibes. I’d definitely come back!

Lets surf

A great place to relax, eat delicious food and watch the waves and surfers. The menu is varied, the prices are pleasant. The service is top notch. Thank you very much for such an evening! On the 3rd floor you can swing in a hammock and play ping-pong. Stylish art hangs on the walls
