Cosy and nice

I've been with my family to this hotel between Christmas and New Year. We were accomodated in some beautiful, clean rooms, with big and elegant bathrooms.
The service in the restaurant can be greatly improved, but the food was delicious. Generally, the staff is friendly and helpful.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay in Borsa and we will choose this hotel again for the next time.

The price-quality ratio is incorrect

The property looks great, all amenities are new, the accommodation conditions are very good, but the main problem is the staff. As far as they were invested, they were not able to provide what every motorway motel has: soap in the bathroom. There is no demand and professionalism in the restaurant staff, the refrigerators for drinks, although they existed, did not work, were not supplied with electricity, so the juice was served to us warm, although we were in August. I asked for a payment document for the accommodation and we were given only the house voucher, without being asked if they would like an invoice. Probably they are at the beginning, maybe with time they will learn from mistakes and be able to do true tourism.
