City trip .

The hotel is located a bit outside. But good connections via metro or tram. Underground parking available for a fee

Never again

Frightening. Fixed air conditioning that cannot be adjusted. Sleepless nights. Reception with long waits. Willing but incompetent.

Good hotel

The hotel is situated with good transportation connections. Have stayed here many times. The only complaint is the confort of the beds. That can be improved!

Good, but it could be better

I didn't like they had only 2 elevators for 14 floor hotel. You had to wait sometimes 10 minutes you could get in. One day room was not cleaned and stuff in Loby Room is far for pleasent. First day I have waited 20 minutes that waiter/cook came out from back room and start serving me and even then he acted like I am bothering him with my request for food.

Nice stay

We are a family of four and we used this hotel for four days and I must say that we had a very good time. Modern hotel, very clean with a very courteous and helpful team, our room was a junior suite located on the top floor with a nice balcony facing the city; we did the half-board formula and I must say it was quite good, one flaw, and that I must emphasize, is the breakfast; honestly, it just didn't work for us, in terms of sweets there was practically nothing, only croissants, but in a hotel of this caliber, breakfast is very important and should be very varied, but the choice of sweet and savory was very limited; dinner, on the other hand, was quite good even if there were not many dishes to choose from, but they were prepared well and were buffet style so you could taste what you wanted...
The hotel is located in Prague 5 and has the subway fairly close, but the trams were about a ten-minute walk from the first stop; however, perhaps it was also penalized by the period we found, with the street right outside the hotel under maintenance, so the tram stops were not there because they could not circulate; anyway, overall we had a good time and I recommend it.
