Great stay for 4 nights

We loved this place! Cannot really fault it. Nice location as it’s near but, still away from things so nice & quiet. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants & shops. Staff were amazing & helpful. Loved the fact there was a laundry room & terrance if you wanted it. Beds were comfy, plenty of storage. Delightful surprise to have some treats in the fridge for us. Loved the easy storage that can be used when you check out.
3 small recommendations: to have a box of tissues available.
Also to ensure the wardrobe light worked as ours did not.
To always have AC available as we had no remote. We will be back & will use this chain of accommodation again!

Room was having smell and couple of mosquitos, no air conditioner and overall it was not that good beside its location as its extremely walkable

Modern but grubby carpets in a basically old building

The bathroom sink was cracked. I could only eat one type of breakfast option EVERY day which was a bore (of course I could have paid EXTRA!!) The coffee at breakfast was VERY weak.
The room was very tired carpet wise. The communications with Numa were poor and via the booking agent.
The laundry was poorly serviced/monitored and complicated. Ended up with drying wet wahing on room radiators.
It is a rather odd set up. the room was large. The shower head kkept falling off and days pased before anything was even recognised and the whole experience I have finally addressed with a 'gesture of goodwill' from all parties concerned.
NEVER here again.

Nice place to stay

Cool place, well decorated, good equipment, and the location is good on the city. The bathroom is good too. We had few refreshments free in room.

Clean, quiet, room as pictured, easy comms with staff using the Numa website (there is no reception or staff on site). Would recommend.
