We had an attic suite which was perfect for our family with 2 young children. Lots of space, clean, with blackout blinds in both bedrooms.
Breakfast was small choice but great for what we needed.
Minimal interaction needed with staff but they seemed helpful if needed.
Hotel in great location, easy to get about on foot, tram, taxi or train.
Will happily stay there again when we next visit Prague.

This was not a smooth stay for us. We did not receive the check-in information until several hours past check-in time.Our room was quite dirty, there was hair all over the floors and in the bed. The fire alarm went off during our stay. This is an unstaffed property and no communication was sent out on what to do. We also lost power for a brief time, again difficulty in getting an update. We use the baggage check the day we checked out unfortunately the pin to enter the building stops working after checkout time so we couldn’t get back in in order to retrieve our bags. Luckily another guest eventually let us in, but we came dangerously close to missing our train

Nice and clean rooms, very modern. Very close to train station. It has no front desk. Make sure you fill the info before arrival so you can get key code by email so u can get into room. No support staff. But otherwise is excellent. I am old school.

Good location to explore Prague. The rooms were clean and the aircon worked well in the extreme heat. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large fridge to keep our drinks cold. The restaurant on the ground floor served good evening meals. The only small improvement I would mention was breakfast buffet.

It will be helpful to have a receptionist since was a bit hassle to do the online registration. Specially while you traveling on a long flight with jet lag and a bit tire to be dealing with online registration and booking issues.
