We had a little place with its own sanitary facilities, really nice, really recommended. Just top.

Highly recommended for anyone with children / teenagers
A holiday that started with some worries about the destination and also considering the reviews about this campsite ended in a holiday that our boys of 19,17 and 13 rated with a 9.5. And that says something given their age and priorities.
We would therefore like to compliment Camping 2000 and their facilities and staff. We were in place 161 with private plumbing. For us the first time with private bathroom but what a luxury that is. Super nice small bathroom on the camping spot itself with shower sink and toilet. A bliss. He was cleaned when we arrived and during our stay we had to do this ourselves. Totally fine. So about the ordinary plumbing I can only say that it looked nice and neat. Because we have not taken advantage of this. The places are really spacious. Never seen such beautiful spacious places on a campsite. Minimum 140m2. Then the service at the campsite. We unfortunately had to move our holiday from last year due to a death, but this was no problem. Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful via email beforehand. And even when the offer came with private sanitary facilities and we indicated that this was no problem and the place was immediately rebooked. On arrival there was some confusion because we had moved our holiday and camping spot and the fridge had been forgotten for a while, but after we had walked to the reception and explained the story there was a fridge in our place within half an hour like
It's a deal. Really great. You can use an ATM at the campsite but we had read about a bad exchange rate so we did not use that. You can also order sandwiches daily at the campsite which is super convenient, but a bit more expensive (logical) than if you would pick them up yourself 10 minutes away in the neighborhood supermarket. That is what we have done. Saves money when you have three adolescent/young adult boys eating your ears off. Then the pool, the boys have used it daily and yes the slide is outdated, but it's not like you get off with wounds like I sometimes read in other reviews. The campsite is beautifully situated in the mountains which indeed means that you have to drive half an hour for a larger city, a shopping center or larger supermarket, but you know that when you book this campsite. And was therefore no problem for us. Liberec is a super nice city with several beautiful shopping centers where you can also eat delicious food for really very little money. Just like in the rest of the Czech Republic, by the way. If you dare (and we are really not heroes in terms of food) we recommend you just take the gamble and stop at a restaurant where many cars of locals are parked and eat there. We really enjoyed our meal for less than 10 euros pp. It's almost a shame to cook for yourself. Our neighbors on the field had been coming to this campsite for 15 years and we really got valuable tips about the sights in the area. What also surprised us were the Dutch at this campsite. Normally we are not so into the Dutch campsites, but this campsite is really an exception. What fun it was for the youth that they could just speak Dutch with the rest. And finally, the population of the Czech Republic. What a friendly helpful people the Czechs are. The world can take a leaf out of that. Our boys had walked up the mountain before sunset but hadn't thought for a moment that they had to walk back in the dark along a dark road. On the way a car stopped and they were asked if they needed a ride. Now you can think yes, because that is how we are used to in the Netherlands, but we ourselves had driven a road to go to a natural spring and stood still for a moment when two Czech ladies on the mountain bike passed by and asked us if we were lost and if we needed help. We are not used to that much friendliness in the Netherlands anymore. And that was really well-intentioned. Also in terms of language, really everyone makes an effort for us tourists to speak German or English. Really so different from, say, France. In any case, we have fallen for the Czech Republic and who knows, we might go to this campsite again next year. We recommend him to everyone!

Nice Dutch family campsite in the Czech Republic
We had a very nice time at Camping 2000. Good service, nice facilities and fun animation team with very sweet teachers who have created an unforgettable experience for the children in the arts and crafts and the mini disco despite small language barrier.

For poor sanitary conditions
There is good atmosphere in the place. Really delicious location. But there are too few toilets and bathrooms for a campsite of this size. Hot water for dishwashing is almost non-existent. There is no bath and toilet in connection with the pool. The staff is very friendly.

Disappointing
Disappointing experience. The weather wasn't good this summer, but the owners of the campsite have taken a negative step further. Unfriendly and unsympathetic, closing reception early when your daughter comes to change money, only to sit on the terrace herself, being rudely approached when the car (in consultation with son of the campsite) is on the spot, because there was nowhere left because of the heavy blubber. Expensive restaurant where they have spare change if they don't, 1.25 hours waiting for your pizza and paying for a to go cardboard box, and an ice cold swimming pool.
The pitches were very spacious, the surroundings fantastic but this campsite really never again!
