Conveniently located, clean but steep stairway

Location is great - very conveniently located for many tourist sights with good transport links nearby. The rooms are greatly and very well equipped. Bread and pastry is delivered to your door and other items (portioned) already on your fridge. Clean room and amazing housekeeping. Sadly the loft was broken and staff did not inform in advance. Our room was on third floor and we ended up carrying heavy luggage on steep and tight stairway. Not easily accessible those with mobility issues - check lift is working. Price ok for the time - would return.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really loved my stay and wanted to leave one.
Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and every request was handled quickly and efficiently.
The accommodation was clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The breakfast and coffee provided were excellent, and the kitchen facilities were great as well.
Also, when the elevator broke down, the staff kindly carried all of our heavy luggage for us. I really appreciated their help and felt both very grateful and sorry for the extra trouble.
Thank you for making my stay in Lisbon such a wonderful memory. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very glad we have stayed here with the family. Team looked after us extremely well - prepared the cot, baby chair, even a bath for a baby to bath. Little things but they make such a difference!
Great central location, nice space inside, fresh baled goodies for breakfast delivered to the door. Superb and well done!

We had a wonderful stay with very flexible and responsible host. Cleaning was every day, as well as fresh bread and buns. We could even left our bags at the reception after check out as we had pretty late flight back home, which we really appreciated.

The place is clean and in a great location. Each morning they with local bread and sweets. Excellent place to stay
