Viator - Papal audience
As stated in the conditions stating where to meet and what sort of clothing they had and flag/banner they held.
We arrived on Via Conciliazione, Rome by bus at 07.10amn which was still early and hoped that we would meet our expectations to this lovely moment.
We were told as it was written to meet on the left hand side of Via Conciliazione and they had supposed to be wearing a blue shirt and a flag of City Wonders.
But to our amazement and disappointment, at 07.32 hrs, we phoned their offices l, and so arrogantly told us that the tour leader had went inside the piazza without informing us and that he is not going to come for us and this was truly his/her fault. We were very disappointed regarding this and after filing several complaints with their office a week now, it was all in vain
THEY HAD RIPPED US €84 AND WE WERE NOT EVEN GIVING US COMPENSATION AND WE DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. MOREOVER, THEY SAID THAT IT WAS OUR FAULT AND THAT WE ARRIVED LATE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY BLAMED US!!!
We had to enter the papal. Audience all by ourselves which was free for everyone.
THAT IS WHY I SAYING THAT TH EY ROBBED US OUR MONEY €84.
IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE SERVICE, WE WILL NOT BE COMPLAINING, OBVIOUSLY. I WANT JUSTICE FOR US TO BE SERVED. SHAME ON THEM. BECAUSE THIS IS ALL STEALING CUSTOMERS.
NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BOOK WITH THIS TERRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL COMPANY.
CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND WE WERE RIGHT IN EVERY WAY.
I HOPE THAT THIS WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND WILL HAVE OUR MONEY BACK!!
STEALING IS A SERIOUS CRIME!!!!!!

Complaint against Viator not informing of cancellation if trip
Viator were told 3 days before that the trip had been cancelled but we were not informed at all. We lost a whole day in Greece on our last full day so could not rearrange.
Viator should have informed me as soon as the trip was cancelled to allow me to find alternative arrangements .
I will not be using Viator again. There is also no means to contact Viator to complain or contact fir a refund.
