Very good, well located and cost benefit optimal

Hotel in its dependencies is not so up-to-date, but the service is super cordial, the cleanliness is good and the breakfast is wonderful (just strange not having hot milk, we have to heat the milk in the microwave). They give the first waters courtesy and help with tours and any information.
The room is quite large, I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, and the shower is good.
The hotel is on an avenue, so consider car noise etc.
I stayed in it for 2 days and I liked it very much, you can walk to various restaurants and shops. There is Uber also to take where you want because the hotel is well located. I recommend.

Customer service needs improvement.

I stayed at the QP Hotel Lima for a week. Overall, my stay was pleasant: the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and its location in Miraflores is excellent for exploring Lima.
However, several aspects of the service could be improved. From the moment I arrived, the welcome lacked warmth: the staff at the counter did not smile, and I even experienced being served by an employee who was chewing gum with his mouth open, which does not give a very professional impression.
My biggest disappointment concerns the takeout breakfast. Since I had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, I had requested a lunch box instead of the included lunch. This only contained two cookies and a small carton of juice, without any fruit, protein, or any other food. To obtain this box, I was also asked for an official ID, even though I already had my room card with its number in hand. I had to rummage through my personal belongings to present my passport, just to retrieve a lunch box whose contents were, frankly, very insufficient.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hotel regarding this situation, but no solution or even an apology was offered to me.
In summary, the QP Hotel Lima offers a good location and comfortable facilities, but an improvement in customer service quality and greater attention to customer requests would make a real difference in the overall experience.

The staffs were very welcoming and helpful but we need to use Google translate to communicate.
Our bedroom has 2 queen size beds and they have heavy odor on pillows, comforter, and bed covering. They definitely need a completed replacement. The Bathroom door was making loud noise when tried to close it.

Great breakfast. pool,hot tub and sauna available. Centrally located in a safe, walkable area. Seawall 5 blocks away as well as lovers park. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Clean, well stocked rooms.
