Lovely resting place in bustle of the city

Excellent and welcoming hotel. We arrived after a long flight and were well received. We could use the buffet which was very nice after our trip.

Quality attention

Excellent attention from all the staff; I highlight the attention from Mr. Pablo, who attended to us with kindness and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited for the room. 100% recommended.

The hotel overall and rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. The tub is a bit high. There is a grab bar for getting in and out, but it may prove difficult for young kids or someone with knee issues. There is zero sound proofing on any of the windows. Even from my ninth floor room, I could clearly hear the traffic outside. The beds are VERY firm. The mini bar/ fridge in the room only got cool, not cold. There are also no ice machines, so you always need to call the front desk to request ice\

Top quality hotel at a reasonable price

A good 5star hotel, in a nice area (miraflores). The room was great although a bit outdated and the buffet breakfast was very good.
The executive lounge was also very convenient and confortable.
The staff was helpfull and friendly.

An Excellent stay at an Excellent Hotel

Hotel Melia Lima was an excellent experience, we really enjoyed the level of service provided by staff, always greeting you with a smile and ensuring your expectations were exceeded. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Bryan, the room was perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable and was maintained that way for our entire stay. The Level lounge was a very welcome perk with our room selection. Breakfast, light lunch and dinner (with an open bar at night). Maria, Rosmary and Daniel were absolutely wonderful and took very good care of us throughout our stay, making our stay at your hotel exceptional and personal (thank you so much!) The hotel is sparkling, the level of cleanliness was impressive. It is centrally located downtown San Isidro in a very safe beautiful part of town. With alot of attractions walking distance (if you like to walk as we do) Uber is also available and inexpensive. For us, this was a perfect way to see Lima and we would recommend the Hotel Melia Lima and would not hesitate to return, great job guys!
