Veeeerrrryyyy Disapointed !!

First off all the booking is so hard to do so old fashion and you have to pay the room daily (weird), Every single room in this hotel has only one bed and no all of them have AC, so of course I had to upgrade to a better room with ac cuz it was so humid and hot ,even thaw I didn't have the basic one, and also pay extra for an extra bed because I was with my husband and daughter and had to pay xtra for it.By the way the beds are the worse thing you can sleep on I wonder if it was wood only . I ask for an xtra pillow and its xtra $ as well haha! at this point all i can do is think how much do i need to spend for comfort. "Breakfast ": either 1 fried egg (Sad face) or 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese (flat face) -__- you.So basically for all the xtras I had to pay the best thing I did was cancelled the rest of my reservation and go to a different hotel that have all the amenities for my family.. this is not a Family hotel . Its sad and dark the only good thing is a young boy who works there that show me every single room in the hotel he was very nice and pacient and I wonder why they charge daily cuz probably more than one cancel after the first night.

We want to let you know. that now there is a new administration at the hotel. we are now 44 Vip Hotel. we have renew pr remodelated all the hotel, bought new beds, matresses, pillows, blanckets, tcs, towels. our new staff now is trainned to provide the best experience to our guests.

Lodging experience

Stayed there Oct 31 2016 thru November 1.
desk people not very helpful. the room was clean, but they have these mats by the bed and the bathroom that leave the impression that are never cleaned. The mattress was hard, I thought I was sleeping on a box springs. the bottom sheet was barely big enough to cover the "mattress", any movement and you were sleeping on a mattress that didn't look clean. The worst part, I forgot my phone charger, called them shortly after I left and was told that they found it, turn the cab around and went back, they gave me a used cheap charger and told me that's what they found in the room I had recently vacated 1/2-hour earlier. THIEFS and blatant liars; I ended up having to buy another one at the airport. the maids were nice and polite as was the doorman.

I'm very sorry to hear you had a very hard experience. To inform you, that now we have a new administration at the hotel, we have changed the name to 44 Vip Hotel, we have changed beds (matresses, pillows, blanckets and covers), towels, tvs to SmarTvs, we have now new and well trainned staff ready to help and serve our guests.

Not a great impression

Perfect location for me because the following morning I had to take a bus with Oltursa (50 metres away), but in my opinion too pricy for the standard. Not really clean and it gave the impression of an old place and furniture definitely needed a make over.

We have also changer and bring bigger and moderns Tvs.

Hospedagem em Lima

Café da manhã bem básico, não tem frigobar e é um quarto simples, nada demais.
É bem localizado, tem um posto de gasolina com loja de conveniência para comprar comidas e bebidas. Também tem uns restaurantes simples a sua volta.

Malo con ganas

Las camas son ultra duras, las ventanas no se cierran, por lo que entra el frio a la habitación y no cuentan con aire acondicionado para contra restar, no hubo agua caliente para variar y otros factores q dejan mucho que desear.
La gente si es amable.

Lamentamos lo sucedido, para informarle que ahora "Somos una nueva administración", bajo una nueva marca., que hemos remodelado por completo el hotel, cambiado las camas, incluido SmarTv,las ventanas y tenemos nuevo personal, mas atento y cordial.
