Room is spacious and very clean. Staff was very accommodating with our early check in and early morning excursions. They prepared to go breakfast bags for us for our trip.

They canceled the reservation 3 days earlier.

Cancelled our stay 3 days before the stay (was booked more than 5 months ago), when I called to try to reverse and solve did not help in NADA, service bad and ridiculous. Nobody deserves the care we've had.
They canceled saying that the card did not pass, but we had exchanged for a valid card already, which made no sense, then later they said that it was because there was no hot water. I tried to talk until we didn't need hot water. The answer was: It's already canceled, there's nothing else to do. Look how cool? Arrive 3 days before the place and have to find another and spend twice the value.

Place is clean comfortable and the staff is awesome. They even prepared a breakfast to go for us because we were lea y before their breakfast started. Super nice.

This was the best hotel we have stayed on. The staff were really nice and they helped us on getting in a room with more beds without any problem. The breakfast is awesome and the location is perfect. This is 100% recommended.
