Good place

If you're looking for a place to sleep and take a bath, it's okay.
The location is good, it is close to the center of Cusco.
The bathroom is shared, but I felt missing at least a floor mat. The hostel is well-known, so most tours there catch you at the door

Staff have very little desire for

The hotel has a good liggin 10 min to center. Room are clean and good. I stayed four days and in general the staff was not very friendly. First day lady behind the reception which was very short off, second day very unfriendly man at breakfast (asked if there was also water) third day lady reception when I asked a question again a snarky answer (asked if there was possibly a cupboard with books somewhere, to exchange). Breakfast is very limited: no fruit juice like at any other hotel I have been to in Peur. Nice places in the hotel to sit and relax.

Great stay in Cusco!!

Best hostel in Cusco!! Excellent for solo travelers, extremely comfortable and clean rooms, quiet (but not too quiet), and helpful staff. When I got sick, they helped me to find a doctor to get the care I needed. I cannot thank Selina Saphi Cusco enough for a wonderful stay.

Co-working Space is freezing

This is a review of the co-working space only, not the hotel. It is very cold. According to my phone it was 6 degrees celsius or 43 degrees Fahrenheit which isn’t that cold on first glance but when you are sitting in it for 8 hours a day it’s not nice at all. I asked a member of staff about it and was told there was supposed to be a heater in the room but I informed her that there was not. She said she would have one brought to the office but 4 hours later and still no heat. I tried again the next day and asked a different member of staff who said the same thing. A few hours later still no heat. I spotted a heater inside one of the conference rooms/offices but the door was locked. I went back to reception and asked about the heater in the conference room. I was told someone would come up to the co-working space soon to let us use it. A few hours later and still no heat. I sat working in my jacket, hat, and gloves for as long as I could handle. I even boiled water with the kettle and poured it into a mug so I could hold it to warm my fingers. After three and a half days of sitting in the cold, I gave up. I’m not paying for the privilege of being freezing. It’s too bad because the space itself is nice with good natural light and fast internet. I just wish it was a comfortable place to work. I wouldn’t even mind paying a little extra for heat.

Excellent experience

The service is super good, they welcome you with a cocktail, the facilities are nice and very comfortable. The pleasant atmosphere… there is a shared kitchen for those who want to cook, which in my case, since I have celiac disease, was great for me! great place to come as a couple! I recommend 100%
