Would rate 10 if we could!
Our stay at Casa Antade in Cusco was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were extremely happy with our experience—the proprietors went above and beyond in every possible way. When our daughter faced unexpected flight issues, they offered support far beyond what would be expected. Mary, one of the managers, treated our daughter like her own, especially when she wasn’t feeling well, even bringing soup to our room!
The bed and breakfast itself is lovely, situated in a quieter part of Cusco with a beautiful view overlooking the city. The Peruvian decor, plants, and places to sit are abundant. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the town center and most places you’ll want to visit, which we actually enjoyed since it allowed us to experience the local neighborhood. Breakfast was perfect each morning—fresh fruit, eggs, rolls, and tea. If you’re a heavy coffee drinker, it’s a good idea to bring your own instant coffee.
Mary’s husband, Napoleon, offers tours and airport pickup services. His English is limited, but he’s kind, reliable, and very helpful. We found the beds comfortable and warm. We also appreciated that laundry service could be arranged and delivered directly to Casa Antade when needed.
We truly couldn’t have asked for more attentive hosts or a more comfortable stay. Casa Antade was the perfect home base for our time in Cusco. Highly recommended!

Fabulous place
Absolutely lovely lovely place.
It’s a 15 minute walk out of time so good for getting steps in and it means it is quiet.
The owner and her family are wonderful- so helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to be there on 1st August- Andean festival for Pachamama. The family and staff invited us into garden to join in celebration- we felt very honoured and welcome.
Beds are unbelievably comfortable. High quality linen and snug blankets. Shower was always super hot no matter what time of day we used it.
Breakfast was fresh orange juice, eggs and cheese plus bread and jam.
Honestly- this place will not disappoint!

A phenomenal price for a lovely experience
My husband and I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony for just one night (unfortunately!). From the start, the owners were communicative before we arrived and were incredibly kind.
We were to originally to arrive on 02 November 2025 at around 12:30am for a 2-night stay, and they were so lovely to confirm they would wait up for us. Unfortunately, our flight from Lima to Cusco was cancelled, and I was able to message the hotel with updates. They were sweet enough to stay up for us, then agree to meet us for our new arrival time, and then offered to waive the night's stay.
We arrived on 02 November at around 7:30am, then left early on the morning of 03 November—a very short stay.
The room itself has a living area with a sink and a 2-person dining table when you walk in. To the right is a very large bedroom with an adorable balcony looking over the road. To the left was a spacious bathroom with a large shower.
The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the owners and their daughter are lovely and sweet. The hotel is a 15-minute walk to Arco de Santa Clara, which is not far considering the price!
Sadly, we left too early to experience the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.

Awesome hotel and experience
Super nice hotel and owners. Very clean rooms and the owners helped with everything, from making authentic Peruvian breakfasts and dinners to providing advise on tours and places to eat. The owners were very accommodating in meeting us for check in and driving us to the airport.

NOT FULFILLING ITS POTENTIAL
This hotel experience was a mixed bag. The property is very nice, although the area isn’t the greatest. Communication from the owner to her employees in charge is very poor. Breakfast availability was poor to non-existent. Amenities were lacking: one bath towel for 2 people and no bath soap. We were accommodated in a third/fourth floor apartment without heat and lots of stairs. On a positive note, the decor of the property is beautiful but hard to enjoy when you are shivering at all times.
