Excellent service

Excellent attention from Reynaldo. Very good Service Full breakfast. Comfortable beds and everything very clean. We'll be back soon.

Very good

Contains everything you need! A very well located hotel, very friendly and caring staff, are very attentive! The rooms have a good size, the cleanliness is great, only my shower that did not heat up so much but was making 1°....
The breakfast has the basic very well served, very rich in fruits and the eggs are made on time!

Terrible experience

This place is disgraceful. We had just come back from Salkantay 5 day trek tired and just wanting to sleep and shower. We came to the hotel and we were meet by this road woman who had not checked her booking.com notifications. Instead of being honest with us she then modified the booking for the next night and told us that she had not got the booking til the next night.
Booking.com notified us that the booking had been modified. We showed her the confirmation for the night and also the fact that booking notified us that the room had been changed. We explained that we were aware that she had chnaged the booking and that it was not our mistake. She then proceeded to blame booking. All in all I understand everyone can make mistakes but own up and don’t lie. Don’t recommend staying!!!!

Clean and central, but you'll be very cold

Everything was very clean and the location is central (10 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas). But the water almost always came out cold and the few times it came out hot was bursts that burned the skin. In addition there is no thermal insulation and at night it is very cold. They have option of renting stoves for 20 soles every night, but we discovered it the last night by chance and we would have liked to know from the first night because we would have paid it, although it is somewhat abusive to charge € 5 for a night of stove... We would never repeat if we returned to Cuzco.

I do not recommend any drinks or food.

A bad experience, there was an offer of pisco 2x S/28 and they served us a lemonade when we told him, the manager said that they don't add alcohol because it is an offer and if we wanted we could change for another drink because they didn't have lemon, then others arrived people and they ordered pisco sour without an offer and they were served, the pizza was not delicious. The worst thing was the despotic way the manager treated us, terrible customer service from the manager.
