Excellent service
What we really stood out was good caring to customers entire stay.
Lively bar on down stair.

Disappointing Long-Stay Experience – Service Has Deteriorated
I stayed at Hotel G Yangon for an extended period from 24 August to 4 September, and unfortunately, the overall service became increasingly disappointing during my stay.
The first recurring issue was the room key card. I had to reactivate it three separate times. Each time, I only realised that the card was not working after reaching my room, which meant I had to go all the way back downstairs to reception again. This was especially frustrating because the hotel already knew the dates of my stay and when I would be checking out, and the accommodation had already been paid for.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. On one occasion, the bath towels were not replaced, and I only discovered this when I was about to take a shower, so I had to contact the hotel and ask for them.
Breakfast was another disappointment, particularly for a long stay. The menu had very limited variety and repeated frequently, sometimes every day or every few days. Basic service was also inconsistent. Water was not always provided unless we asked, yogurt was sometimes served without a spoon, and service became very slow when there were more than around 10 guests.
What was most disappointing was that these were not one-off issues. Over a long stay, I expected the hotel to notice recurring service problems and take action to improve them, but I did not see any meaningful improvement.
Hotel G Yangon may be acceptable for a short stay, where these issues may be less noticeable. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend it for a long stay. The hotel needs much better attention to housekeeping consistency, breakfast service, key-card management, and basic guest service standards.
