Very good place
They lack service in the pool restaurant, but you can bring your things since there is no one serving.
The garden was very nice, I liked the size of the room

Bad experience. Don't throw your money away.
1- Arriving at the reception they tell me that I have reserved four rooms, I only reserved one.
2- They tell me that they cannot find my reservation and that I must pay for the room. To which I reply that I paid through agency, after about 15min they tell me that they have already found my reservation.
4- There are no trunks, just hand you a rusty key with an older keychain than you can.
5- The next day I wanted to bathe and surprise, no hot water came out and only a thread of water came out. I went to reception to notify and the most indifferent and unwilling girl told me she would turn on the boiler.
Check to see if there was any water yet. Again I went to reception, he tells me that my room does not have hot water and that he will lend me another room to bathe.
I go to the room and surprise, there's no water either. They give me a third room as an option and finally there is hot water.
6- My reservation brought breakfast included, in the restaurant. Girls with the baddest face you can imagine. An hour and a half for breakfast, terrible taste and super greasy food. Second day of accommodation, breakfast was not option in the hotel, I went elsewhere.
7- I thought about using the pool, the same one I decided better not. Super dirty and very cold.
8- On the way out of the hotel, I asked to be supported with a radio taxi, the same that never arrived, I chose to order an Uber, I asked the girl at the reception that I would better order an Uber because it was taking so long. He only answered “ok”, super expensive of few friends and super indifferent.
9-It is not any option for accommodation, do not spend your money. The same taxi driver who drove you to the terminal told me the reputation of the place is very bad. He recommended other options, cheaper and with better quality.
If you gave me options that this bad time didn't exist, I would definitely, definitely not throw my money away.

Terrible service for making reservations.
If they don't want to receive guests, why are they promoting themselves?
Other nearby hotel options do give attention.
