The pool is very clean and nice. The rooms are always clean. Only issue is people cannot get visitors.

Room infested with bedbugs.

On the first day of our stay, I arrived alone; my family arrived the next day. They did not allow me to enter the room because it was not reserved in my name but in my husband's (a situation that had already been reported in the morning). They asked him to send an email with his official identification (INE), which he did. However, the receptionist attended to me with a very bad attitude. They assigned me room 112, and when I woke up, to my surprise, I was covered in bedbug bites, and the entire bed was infested. I requested a room change, which was granted; however, I would not stay there again. I still have welts on both arms from the bites, and I would not risk it again, especially not for my family member. I took a video; it does not allow me to add them.

Very good hotel if you are passing through and friendly staff

Very nice hotel, cozy and clean, is in an excellent location and the staff is very friendly and attentive, it is a basic hotel but has the essentials to spend the night if you go from tourist to know the city... breakfast is at a good price and is good food.

The hotel was lacking warmth and upkeeping. There was mold in the shower, the majority of the staff weren’t very friendly (the housekeeping team were the nicest and most friendly) and the place had a dingy feel about it. However the pool was fine and the beds comfy enough. Not great light and a bad view

The area is close to most of main landmarks.
And lots of restaurants around the area.
I definitely recommend this area
