TERRIBLE, ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MEXICO

One of the worst experiences in Ensenada and in general in Mexico, we were just looking for a place where we could rest comfortably after going to an event. The room did not have air conditioning, only a miserable fan. I asked for a change even paying more and there were none available. I asked for an extra fan and they never brought it. No drawers to store clothes, the bathroom smelled horrible like sewage. Rusty locks. Rusty shower head and the final straw: the water went out the next day in the morning and they had no reserve water, no water tank, nothing; they had to call a water truck. FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THAT DUMP, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

If you need a place to sleep on the cheap, it will have a bed and a door with a lock. Our room had a tiny tiny tv place in the top corner with no tilt or turn ability haha. Also, if you have kids be careful with the adult content on regular tv channels.

Hotel does NOT have AC, fans were offered. The parking in the hotel is very limited, they have only 7-8 spots and 20+ rooms. We were asked to drive 1 block away and walk back to the hotel at 10PM. The hotel is close to downtown but NOT in downtown. The area is very dark and secluded; being MX and a resident even I know better than to walk this area. We left to another hotel. Accomodations offered are deceiving.
