The location was fantastic with quick access to the Metro and the Metro bus. The room we had was exceptionally quiet, which was helpful. Given the World Cup noise. The staff were kind helpful. There were a few things that the could improve on - you need slippers for the room unless you’re comfortable walking in shoes because of the flooring, the room came with a free bottle of wine, but no wine opener. We had to request one, the kitchen is not well equipped, and we would have preferred larger coffee cups as opposed to small teacups. Finally, I think the room needed a water kettle for tea. We ended up buying one - however the staff tried to find one for us at another location for us. Overall, we would stay again however I probably would need to bring some of the things I mentioned above with me to have a more comfortable stay.

Bad place!
Not recommended. Terrible shower, room with no air conditioning… not even a vending machine!

The location is quiet and safe place to stay. Its walking distance from a lot of very good restaurants.
The room is clean and staff are okay. It would be nice if all the staff can also speak and understand even basic English. With the price per night, they should have a better bed, better pillows, linen, AC in the room. I believed that room is over price with the quality of their room and quality of the beddings and stuff.
Proper maintenance of the elevator should be regularly done. Prepare to be stucked in the elevator.

I had spoken to expedia prior to coming (mind you this was my first time in mexico), that a 3rd person might be with us if there was a pull out couch.
We were told there was no pull out sofa but if they don’t mind a regular couch then it’s fine.
On day two I was forced to leave the hotel and go check into another one because my mother stayed with me one night while she was also visiting Mexico.
They wanted me to pay the price I booked 2x.
Wow.
The hotel was nice and a great price but they were harassing me everytime they saw me and even came to my room and forced us out.
I’m in the process of working with my Abogado and letting my card company know that my entire stay was not completed.

Super location, friendly staff. Bakery right underneath so great for breakfast.
