Close to the center (10-15 min walk)

Original hotel
I have a duplex room with a very narrow spiral staircase up to the room
But large terrace not at all furnished but very pleasant in the evening and morning
Ridiculously small swimming pool but after a day of sightseeing and walking in the city and the Mayan site it is enough to relax a little.
A kitchen with everything you need available 24/7 for breakfast (bread jam coffee tea water kettle fridge..
10-15 min walk to city center
Free parking available without problem in front of the hotel
Reasonable price

Average room comfort

The rooms are not great... No light, you can't see anything after dark.
There is still air conditioning, a spacious shower and separate toilets...
Uninviting swimming pool, no breakfast possible.
The staff is friendly.

Lovely hotel with duvet!

What a wonderful hotel! We had a large room with a large bed and a duvet!! Really delicious!
Super friendly reception. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to the old center.
You can park your car in front of the door.
There is a nice restaurant opposite, Los Abuelos. They have tasty and traditional dishes and you can also have breakfast there.
You can indeed use everything from the shared kitchen, but we did not do that.
It also has a nice little cooling pool and it has a very nice atmosphere.
It was super clean and neatly maintained.

Needs some polish, but good to support local business owner

First, this hotel is really a guest house. It is an colonial-style home where there is an open courtyard and all rooms border the courtyard.
I stayed at this hotel from Oct. 22-24. It was a mediocre experience. The hotel location is good. It’s a few minutes walk to the Malecon and also to the old town. The rooms could use some shine. For example, the walls are dingy and could use a fresh coat of paint.
Also, both nights, my room flooded due to rain storms. This is unacceptable. The front desk managers both told me this had never occurred before, so it is extremely odd, then, that this happened two nights in a row for me. Indeed, it is the rainy season. But that doesn’t justify lodging that floods when the wind blows and it rains hard.
The hotel has a kitchen cupboard that is open to guests at any time. But it contains processed food like cereals and bread, so it is of no use to those who are health conscientious.
On the plus side, the staff try to be as helpful as possible. Also, the hotel is owned by a Campeche local. It’s nice to support a local business.

Exellent Relaxing Hotel

It's a charming beautiful in the heart of San Fransisco Campeche. We had a very wonderful and relaxing stay in one of the Suites. Very calm and has a beautiful pool. It's a good place to Relax. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for something relaxing.
