Three days in Fes

Superb riad in the heart of the medina of Fes, the two ladies who cook are lovely and their cuisine is delicious.
Mohamed prepares us a royal breakfast.
The riad is very beautiful and very typical.

Perfect Riad in fez

I love this place. It has the perfect Moroccan aesthetics, is clean, quiet, and most importantly the hosts make you feel like family. I hadn’t announced I’m gluten free and still they went out of their way to make me great breakfasts every day. I would love to go back

Improvable

Riyadh should fix it and invest in updating it. Small bathroom, small room and bed for two singles also very small

Lovely stay at Riad Tayba

The Riad Tayba is a very beautiful place to stay in a great location with very nice staff who are always on hand to help. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we stepped out of the taxi where we were met and kindly escorted to the Riad. We really appreciated this as we arrived late at night and we would have most likely got lost in the Medina otherwise. Our room was spacious, calm and comfortable with a lovely big bed. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed moroccon tea, coffee and various local breads, pastries and jams at breakfast. We would definitely stay at the Riad Tayba again in future.

Great Service

Mohammed was amazing! He picked us up from the Blue Gate to walk us to the Road, where we had a lovely welcoming tea and he explained us the map and gave us a lot of advice. He offered as well other services such as guided tours, hammam or massage.
He even walked us to a restaurant where we had a delicious (and cheap!) dinner. Honestly, one of the best hosts I've ever had, with an incredible attention to detail!
Breakfast was magnificent and a lot of quantity. In conclusion, for the price you pay, it is definitely worth it, and it has a privileged location within the Medina - around 3 minutes from the Blue Gate.
I would come back! The only drawback I can think of is the cleaning quality, which was medium.
