Beautiful courtyard, room was a two story and very large, very comfortable, beautiful windows overlooking the courtyard. Staff were excellent, very courteous and accommodating. It was lovely to sit. By the pool and have a traditional breakfast. It was appreciated to have the fridge in the room with cold drinks upon arrival.

Close to the blue gate, walkable and many shops, eating places around this place. Good AC, hot water, enough TV channels. No kettle, tea/ coffee making facilities. Mini fridge is very good for keeping things cold. During check in we were asked to fill a form, including our visa number! We never had to fill in other hotels in Morocco, because now any one can make photo copy or take a photo using the phone. No info was given about breakfast time or place. Last day we had to check out 7 in the morning and no breakfast as lady come at 7.30 to make breakfast. Not even packed small items/pastries to take away in the morning, other hotels give early check out guests take away packs. As they forgot about city tax at the check in we had to do that in the early morning check out in a big rush! If you have mobility isssus this place is not for you, so many steps out side and within the room, no elevator. Dengerous steps from bed to washroom and up and down in the room! Very limited breakfast, other hotel satff working there should learn how to make breakfast without waiting for the lady to come in 7.30! Now anyone can learn by watching Youtube!! Next time make bolied eggs, very easy, no need to wait until 7.30!!!

Location was good. Cleaness ok. Size of the room was too small. Internet connection poor. The service was good.

I strongly advise against this Riad, unpleasant welcome agent with female gent prefers men. Ladies be vigilant.
