Restaurant review

We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and served by Rikta, Anu and Siddik, they provided an excellent service throughout the whole dinner, keeping us topped up with wine and water. We shared starters of Maltese pizza and beef carpaccio with veal cutlet for main course, which was cooked to perfection! Highly recommend, the views over Manoel island and Gzira are amazing from here too!

Malta stay

Great experience, and nice hotel with the beast views. Exceptionel service, especially from Julia! Belen, Luke and Elyse. Can highly recommend, and would probably book again next time I come!!

Memorable stay

Had a wonderful 9 day stay in a De Lux room with beautiful water & marina views, close to restaurants, shops, transport etc. Special thanks to Durga our room attendant who kept our room spotless & even surprise me on my birthday with lovely decorations

Excellent food and outstanding service from Rikta!

We had a wonderful experience at 1 Olive Rooftop Grill Restaurant at The Waterfront Hotel in Malta. The setting was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
A special thank you to Rikta Siddik, who took great care of us throughout the evening. She was very friendly, professional, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent service really made our dinner even more enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back. Thank you again to Rikta for making our evening so special!
