Average

Stayed here few times, located in central labuan town and you can get taxi easily here. There is a lot of restaurant/coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. The hotel area is noisy in day time and room is old. Not recomended for the price you pay.

The worst hotel experience

Ok - so I have stayed in some fairly average hotels, but without a doubt this is the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. The rooms are rough and the staff are even rougher! Congratulations on spoiling a family weekend ! Hard to imagine how you could make this better!

Bed and breakfast?

Hmmm, the hotel at this address and with the name Millenium Hotel is certainly not a bed and breakfast-place. There is no breakfast...
Room I got for around 100 Ringgit was stinky of smoke - even for a smoker like me. Unaccetable stinky. Head-ache stinky.
As the location is pretty much perfect, the bed itself comfortable and the hot water working I could have given two stars. But then, the Wifi never worked and together with a really really stinky room it is simply a terrible place. I know, it is not easy to find a decent place on this island, but avoid going to the Millenium.
Really not sure if the person who wrote the first review was in the same place (where do you want to place chairs in the lobby? There is no lobby...).

Nice

Stayed at this hotel recently, my husband and I in one room, his mom in the room next to us. The clerk who checked us in did a great job getting us checked in early with rooms next to each other. My mother - in - laws room was on a corner, the window wrapped around and she had a great view.
The rooms were clean and neat but the hallway needed vacuuming, there was debris on the floor near our room for two days. The pillows were awful; flat pieces of hard foam. I requested more, fluffier pillows and they were brought after a second request. One of them was a good pillow. The shower was nice, good pressure and temperature. The elevators were fast.
The lobby could use some seating areas, there aren't comfortable seats to read a book or people watch, two things my mother - in - law likes to do.
In general, it's a nice hotel there's just no WOW about it.
