Perfect Location

The location is perfect but the hotel is a little tired and worn. It does the job, and is reasonably priced but don’t expect any more than basic comfort. We asked for a double bed but were given two singles pushed together and kept rolling into the gap.

Disgusting, unsafe

It seems that there was an old pipe leak in the bathroom, the whole room smelled like black mould, bathroom ceiling and walls were clearly stained and covered with black spots. We arrived to this so called hotel at night so we had no choice but to stay there. I asked for a refund in the morning and they made me call booking directly as they “couldn’t process a refund and then wait a couple of days to be paid” for that refunded night. I had to cover the cost of an international phone call to a UK number after being made to sleep in dangerous conditions while pregnant. They offered an apology and a reassurance they planned renovations for later in the year (we visited Vilnius in July) but even if this leak happened after we booked our room they should have contacted us and ask if we wanted to stay in a room which bathroom is covered with black mould as we would never choose to do so.

bad experience for a three person room

Hotel with a third bed of the worst they can put, of springs that stick in the back and you're unable to sleep plaster that the hotel is quite fine. Claim and they told me what I was trying to give me a claim sheet and they replied there was no room and that the room was like that.

Unpleasant welcome & staff

Hotel is clean and nice . Rooms are nice and fresh and new. No elevator . 5 floor. No AC. Breakfast is 12 euro but when I asked for a third cup of coffee rude lady said no , it’s 3 euros . Unacceptable. Finally after arguing she gave me an expresso.
On check in I was told that I would have to change room during my stay because I booked a different type , a nicer one the second night . I refused and left the next day to go to the Hilton for 30 euros more. The hotel is a nice 3 star , breakfast was ok but come early they won’t restock . The only problem is the staff . cold as ice .

A solid 3-star hotel

Spent three nights in July 2024 here. In my experience, the 3 star rating fits this hotel well.
My room in the 5th floor seemed recently renovated. Everything was clean and nice looking. The views from the 5th floor were amazing!
The location is very good, with a walking distance to the attractions but also with bus stops nearby.
Some minuses: there is no AC, so it got a bit hot at nights. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open or the fan on for the night. But it wasn't unbearably hot to sleep in. I also wish there would've been some spoons in the room to use.
The check-in and check-out were easy. Although as there isn't a 24/7 reception and my incoming flight was delayed, I got a bit worried if I made it in time. In the end I did, but this added some stress to the check-in.
This hotel is a great pick for the prize. Just keep in mind it's a 3-star hotel and don't expect too much extra luxury!
