The hotel is alright

Not as bad as everyone says, of course it's not exclusive but it's totally fine for a couple of nights. The administrators are really nice and the food they serve is good, the rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. There is a wardrobe, a small tv, a table and chairs in every room, the bathroom is clean. You have to share it with the other room but its not a huge problem. There is a supermarket like 100m away from the hotel. Only bad thing is the kitchen everyone can cook in - it's a bit dirty but it's the guests' fault they cant even clean the pan after they make breakfast for themselves i guess ;) would 100% recommend for studenta etc that are looking for something not too expensive but nice

Não tão ruim para uma noite.

Longe do Centro da cidade. Administrador Irritado. Bom lugar para ficar uma/duas noites com um carro. O parque de estacionamento é normal, junto ao hostel. Sim, é como um albergue para os trabalhadores. Alguns deles ainda aqui. Em caso de incidentes com inquilinos, til city's hospital apenas a apenas 2km. Loja com 150m, 200m restaurante.

Reserva ignorado/cancelada sem qualquer informação. Serviço ao Cliente no nível inaceitável.

Eu fiz uma reserva utilizando hostelworld.com. Um dia após a reserva eu liguei para pedir informações sobre pagamento e que ocorreu que minha reserva é ignorado/cancelado.
Não havia ninguém me chamou antes com esta questão e não propõe quartos diferentes ou datas. Eles não "pegar no telefone e não responder e-mails. A equipe se indignou contra mim e, depois procurámos a mentira que eles não têm confirmação, mas eles ficaram no mesmo momento como eu fui (hostelworld confirmou que eles tinham). Eu precisava para fazer a reservar muito mais caro "no último minuto" hotel, porque de facto. Problema foi resolvido pela Hostelworld cliente serviço.
Eu nunca mais vai recomendo este hotel para ninguém.

Never again

Not for women or children, highly suitable if your a builder or in any other trade where your dirty, tired and just want to crash for the night.. booked 2 nights but only stayed 1. Better places at cheaper prices in surrounding area.

Неплохо за свои деньги

Малюсенький номер с большим окном и очень высокими потолками. Чтобы бюджетно переночевать - самое то.
Из минусов:
- уборка подразумевала под собой только вынос мусора. У нас оказался треснута емкость для мыла в душевой, никто не проверил есть ли у нас мыло за все эти дни;
- нет бутылок с водой в номере и кулера на этаже;
- при заезде было 4 пакетика ягодного чая (хотя это сложно назвать чаем), и более чай не докладывали;
- нет холодильника
- нет шкафов;
- очень хорошая слышимость, легко разобрать о чем говорят соседи;
- кровати не заправлялись;
- кружки и стаканы оказались грязными.
Из плюсов:
- чайник в номере;
- удобная кровать;
- персонал говорит на русском, как собственно практически весь город
Несмотря на все минусы, отелю твердая четверка.
