Excellent

We arrived late at night are were met by 2 lovely gents 1 took our cases to the room. In the morning we needed a new sim card and this was organised by the staff on the desk coffee was offered while we waited as another member of staff was sent off to collect sim card nothing was a problem for them to help with taxis were ordered for us when we needed them.
Hotel is only a few minutes walk away from everything you just cross the flyover it has a small shop round the corner selling juice crisps beer etc.
We were treated like family from the minute we arrived and are booking to stay next visit xx

Lived there for almost a year

I lived there for almost a year. Very friendly staff, you become friends with them easily... Excellent location, 5 min away from downtown Beirut.
The place has a rooftop pool terrace that has a very nice view, beach and mountains. The rooms are spacious with a relatively large balcony for a Beirut area. A small pantry in every room and the laundry is shared in the basement. I love that place!

Good, not excellent

The hotel is very expensive for its value. Doesn't offer any additional facilities (gym, pool...) and lacks a personal vivid touch.
No breakfast, no restaurant, and somewhat cold.
However, the furniture is certainly brand new, the living area is spacious, and the kitchen equipment is decent.

Nice suits in good location

Good location, close to party street. Very clean and new furniture. No breakfast. Attentive stuff. But just a bit noisy bc of the highway. Stuff cleaned the room really good! Close to downtown. 3 mins driving. You can find everything necessary in the room.

Great place to stay

I was a long stayer at this apartment hotel and I strongly recommend it. The one-bedroom is perfect for 2 people, providing a spacious living area, a good-sized bedroom with an excellent mattress, and enough kitchen equipment to make simple meals. All rooms have a balcony with a great view of the Lebanon hills. The apartment design is simple and, modern. The rooms are well-kept, and staff bend over backwards to help you. Location is perfect for most purposes: Mar Mikhael is a short walk away, and it's a fairly easy walk to downtown and Achrafieh. Those who like to walk will enjoy the stroll along the Corniche to Raouche. This is my place in Beirut -- I wouldn't chose another.
