Cosy Hotel
Me and my wife, we stayed one night, nice location for hotel, great welcome,tasty dinner and breakfast, generous management and owner, warm hotel even when it's snowing, We recommend this hotel, and we will visit it again

Nice with smears
In the complex lives a small cat.. white fur with black head. He usually stays under the mango tree between the shower to the right of the parking lot and room 1.
Lately, too, a lot on the terrace of room 7.
I fed him through a few days and hope the next guests will too.
He needs a lot of stroking.
I called him Trilu.

Bad experience
Very old hotel, not family friendly,they had a party outside the hotel with a very loud music that the kids couldn’t sleep and after reporting at 12:30 a.m the responsible said oh give us one more hour. Not acceptable at all. The rooms are old and needs renovation.the buffet options is very limited.

Nightmare
Worst hotel in lebanon
Rooms very dirty, every single piece in the room need maintenance, the heating system is on for only 3 hours and if you choose to use the chemine all the smoke will be in the room, electricity cut off at 11 pm, not even a single light on the stairs you have to use your phone to light,
I will never try to visit this place again.
Honestly it should be not called hotel not even 1 star rating

Old but gold
I went there with a few friends and a few couples. I've been there in the winter and it was absolutely breathtaking. The owner was such a sweetheart who treated us as friends and wanted to do anything to please us. The staff was there at any service we wanted and more. The fire place was blazed where we were roasting potatoes and having a bottle of old vintage red wine. It was truly amazing and relaxing, great getaway to feel the winter spirit and away from the city. When we planned a trip to visit during June, the summer, it was even better than expected. Great outdoor activities like the winter, ATV rides, hikes in and around caves, beautiful cold breezes in the midst of the summer heat and traditional food that was mouthwatering. The hotel mon refuge is in the prime location and easy to get around where ever you want to go to. The hotel has been open since the 80's and honestly it is still standing on its feet serving and making every guest leaving with a smile. It's cozy, fun, great location and you get to do whatever you want with no one complaining. If you are planning to go to Arez (cedars) this hotel should be your first choice !!!!!
