great location

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town within walking distance of the Christmas markets (we stayed here in December)
From the hotel you can reach all the main points of interest on foot.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The room and bathroom were spacious.
Great breakfast, varied and for all tastes. (sweet and savory)
Great value for money!

Awful customer service

We stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights in August and unfortunately left a jumper there. The hotel’s communication was prompt when we asked if they had it, but their response to help us get it back was appalling. We were happy to arrange a courier to collect, but in order for this to happen, they needed to put the jumper in an envelope/bag with our address on it. However, this was too much trouble for the hotel to fulfil. Awful customer service for a decent hotel. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning.

Great hotel located in the old city

OK, if you like medieval buildings, this hotel is a must. It's located in the heart of the Old City. The decor is really nice, and they also have an amazing restaurant.

Hotel is in an excellent location, the room was quite small and dated but was ok for 4 nights. The breakfast was good. All the employees that we encountered were really good.
