I loved staying here and would 100% come again
The Atmosphere was so beautiful so much nature ☀️ The rooms were so well cleaned and decorated and very comfortable beds ️ . The money was so valuable for the experience. Me and my family didn't hear any other guests from our apartment and didn't irritate us. The service was so good the owner replied fast to my messages. The wifi was very nice, towels were put for every person in the apartment and kitchen utensils were in the kitchen too .

The Double Room is not suitable for longer stays
Our experience was straightforward. We booked this Double Room for our relatives from the UK for a five-day stay. They were travelling with a child with a disability. The room description stated that "Upper floors are accessible by stairs only," but it did not specify that this particular room was located on the second floor. For the child, going up and down the stairs would have made it difficult to leave the building.
When we arrived, we looked for the receptionist to ask where to find our room, but she showed no willingness to help or offer any guidance. She remained seated, chatting with another person, and simply told us that everything was explained in the booking confirmation.
Our relatives had planned and brought food for their entire stay, but upon arrival we discovered that even a basic refrigerator was located in a shared area in a different building. This is completely unsuitable for guests staying for several days. The Wi-Fi connection was only available inside the room.
We cancelled the reservation immediately and checked out. Unfortunately, our mistake was choosing a non-refundable booking. We contacted the property several times, asking them to consider our circumstances and refund at least part of the payment. They did not even have the courtesy to reply and tell us that a refund was not possible.
We now feel deeply embarrassed in front of our relatives because of this experience.
