A nice place.
In the summer time a lot to do, and close to the seasite.
Nice cabins and tent places.
And friendly staf, that help you with your questions.

Nice camping for people with a camper, but very sub-standard cabins
The owner is friendly and helpful enough, but the little wooden cabins are very substandard, especially when you consider that the vast majority of other places that we stayed in were positively wonderful.
Each wooden cabin is a small single room of about 5 by 4 meters. It is very spartan and contains one bunk bed, one double bed, one table, and a fridge. It completely lacks any charm. The bed sheet covering the mattress was probably fresh, there was no upper sheet or pillow cover or towel and I was highly doubtful that the blankets were washed.
The cabins did not have a private toilet or shower. There was a central block of toilets and showers in the middle of the grass field, about 50 meters from the cabin. When we were there, we did not have hot water.
They charged 40€ per cabin, which is expensive when I compare it to the wonderful acomodation that we got for the same price elsewhere in Latvia.
The restaurant was not open yet when we were there early in the season (late May), but we had called the owner in advance and he was friendly enough to agree to make dinner for us (at extra cost of course).
One the plus side, there were also people staying at the camping in their own camper of van. Apparently, they were happy with the place because of the peace and quiet and proximity to the beach.
Evidently there are also some nicer cabins with private bathrooms (we did not see them because they were not yet open for the season) and some trailers that might be better.
There is another camping / hotel around the corner (Piza guest house). We only saw it from the outside, but I am pretty sure it would be a better option (unfortunately, it was full when we were there).
