FABULOUS amazing customer service, staff, exceeds all standards of satisfaction. AMAZING!
But it was much more than that.
Nurse Nguyen came to my room to treat the scratches and assess the situation. Accompanied by the hostess Bo who was doing the translation and a security guard (I do not have the name unfortunately). Afterwards, at 13:00 they all came back and took me not in a taxi but in the hotel minivan.
They stayed with me throughout the hospital medical process. X-ray, evaluation by ultrasound, and placement of a cast.
Among the amazing staff, there are also Vinaí, Muay and Harris who left me their contact to reach him in case of need and I needed it.
Also at the buffet lunch, the hostesses asked me what I wanted. I pointed them out and they put on plates and served at my table.
I chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool and I won’t even be able to use it. But what a good decision I made.
