Very kind and friendly staff.
Spacious, clean and comfortable room.
Delicious breakfast and dinner.
Inside and outside spa is wide and nature-friendly.
Location in the deep green forest.
Everything's good.
I hope to visit again.

Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and ourdoor onsen - very relaxing, and not too busy. The absolute highlight were the traditional dinner and breakfast - the setting, selection, and taste was very, very good. We highly recommend the Conifer Iwabitsu and would like to express our thanks to the staff for excellent service!

It's not bad, but isn't there one more thing missing?

It is a relatively large hotel with terraces on a slope. It is said that the indoor bath is not a hot spring. The open-air bath feels good. I thought it would be a good idea to make good use of rooms that I didn't know how to use on the way to the bath (for example, turning them into galleries for free drinks).
There are campsites and cottages.
