Amazing Solo Experience

This was my first solo trip to Jamaica. The Geejam team made this trip so unforgettable. The property itself and the room was breathtaking. I stayed in the Millie Small room that gave me great views of the property and the ocean where you can sit out and enjoy some of the music from the bar from your balcony if you don’t feel comfortable going to the bar by yourself. The room was very quiet and private, almost insulating you from any music or chatter at the bar if you wanted to be in your own bubble. However I highly recommend stopping by the bar even for a bit to chat with the best bartenders/ mixologists (Brian, Jordan etc.).
I appreciated having Netflix to watch some of my favorite shows and a fully stocked room with amazing Jamaican goodies. The staff was amazing from the bar, check in, gardener, cleaner etc. everyone contributed to me not feeling alone and scared. I felt safe enough to walk to Frenchman’s Cove on my own while enjoying the scenery and connecting with locals. Thank you Geejam for making my first solo trip so amazing. I will be back!

60th birthday

We were there in May for five days for my husband 60th birthday. It is a beautiful hotel. Feels like you’re in paradise. Staff very helpful and friendly and hard-working. Enjoyed the tour of the studio and hanging out with the owner Steve. The food is delicious and the rooms are awesome. We will definitely be back.

Gee-Whiz Geejam!

It is difficult to put into words the Paradise that Geejam is. I was in awe every minute of my 2 night stay. I met Steve Beaver and found him to be a top bloke and his team are amazing and pleasant. I will be back for sure and I'm already planning my next trip

Best Boutique Hotel in Jamaica

Geejam is slightly of the main road situated up on a hillside that offers a magnificent view of the Portland Coastline.
The rooms are beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower floor needed to be more of an angle for better drainage and maybe some more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we were made to feel so welcome and looked after! They even set aside a private dining experience for my birthday just to help us celebrate. It was very romantic!
I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury boutique experience in Jamaica that doesn’t have an international chain vibe. This is more private, quiet luxury!

In the midst of another world…

Thank you! This is a gem in the middle of the rainforest with a view of the coast! Thanks also to co-owner Steve for the behind-the-scenes studio tour! That was great! The food is excellent! The rooms are super nice and spacious and perfect in service; you feel like you are in another world! Thank you to the entire team! Ute
